Creativity meets Sustainability — Youth Lagoon combines a passion for design and what we all really care about, sustainability. We put all our effort into operating ethically, into creating sustainable products from eco-friendly materials and into inspiring others to do the same.
A Second life
All our sweatshirts and hoodies are made from 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. However, Youth Lagoon only uses recycled polyester from post-consumer and post-industrial plastics that would otherwise end up in landfills or the ocean.

Youth Lagoon's vision of a fair fashion brand starts with the on-demand business model. What does that mean for you as a customer? We only start the printing and embroidery process once you have placed an order to avoid overproduction and textile waste.

Fair working conditions
All our garments are produced in Asian factories that are GOTS-certified and audited by the Fair Wear Foundation. All garments are also certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The products are printed and embroidered on-demand in Hamburg, Youth Lagoon's home town.

Youth Lagoon participates in the 1% For The Planet movement. Members are encouraged to support environmental projects and organizations by donating 1% of their annual turnover to environmental campaigns.
