Carver Surfskates

The Carver story has always been about surfing, and about capturing that joyous feeling of flow on a skateboard. Founded in 1996 the company is known as the original creator of modern surfskate trucks we use today.

Like many generations before them two surfers from Venice, California took to the streets with their skateboards in search of hills to surf — however they missed the snap and drive of the modern surfboard, with that pivot from the tail that lets you pump a wave for speed, and cut back into the pocket. Since the creation of their first truck Carver has led the surfskate movement forward with its innovative systems, like the dual-axis C7 for a smooth flow, the reverse-kingpin CX for a more responsive and snappy ride, or the lower, lighter C5 for tricks and parks.
